Today's video game announcements were filled with so many different surprises, but one that really stood out was the official announcement of the Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE. This trailer was a true masterpiece, filled with a spooky and atmospheric story about a village that has mysteriously disappeared. The footage promises to take us back to one of the most terrifying entries in the series, hinting at a ritual that is about to begin as the main characters desperately try to escape.

The latest Nintendo Direct delivered plenty of surprises today, but the standout was the reveal of Resident Evil: Requiem for the Switch 2, complete with a brand new trailer that offered a deeper look into the game's story.

Sometimes, you walk into a demo at PAX West and know you’ve found something special. This year, that game for me was Pragmata. This charming new adventure captivated me from the moment I picked up the controller, blending beautiful visuals with engaging gameplay and introducing an AI companion who is, without a doubt, absolutely adorable.
