K-Pop Meets Anime & F1: TWICE's TZUYU to Sing Official Theme for Williams F1 × DAN DA DAN

K-pop star TZUYU of TWICE is officially partnering with the Atlassian Williams F1 Team and the hit anime series DAN DA DAN to record an original theme song and music video, scheduled for release in early 2027 ahead of the Japanese Grand Prix. Spearheaded by Williams’ pop-culture initiative Sector Zero, this three-way crossover bridges Formula 1 motorsport, anime storytelling, and K-pop to connect global audiences across all three fandoms.

The collaboration kicks off in person at the Singapore Grand Prix, where TZUYU will join the Williams team for fan activations at the Atlassian Williams F1 Team Fan Zone presented by Kraken. Race weekend attendees and online fans will also get first access to a new Williams × DAN DA DAN merchandise line featuring Kokone—an original anomaly designed around TZUYU’s journey into the high-speed, supernatural world of the series.

TZUYU: “I am truly honoured and excited to be part of this collaboration with Atlassian Williams F1 Team and DAN DA DAN, and to perform the official theme song. Bringing together the worlds of Formula 1, anime, and music makes this project unique, and I believe this collaboration will deliver something truly exciting and memorable for audiences worldwide.

Atlassian Williams F1 Team is an iconic and highly respected Formula 1 team, while DAN DA DAN is a hugely popular anime known for its distinctive visual style and dynamic storytelling. I am very much looking forward to the creative synergy we will bring to the official theme song and its music video.”

To clarify, this project is exclusively an anthem for the joint branding campaign; TZUYU's music will not be featured or appear in the DAN DA DAN anime series itself.
