Fast Striker is a new arcade shooter coming out for the Sega Dreamcast this winter. Fast Striker was originally developed for the Neo Geo game system, but now has found itself onto the classic Sega system. The arrival of Fast Striker on the Dreamcast truly shows how the gaming community still supports the system.

Bangai-O HD: Missile Fury is making its way to Xbox LIVE Arcade sometime this fall. Fans can see it in action for the first time later this week at Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle, Washington. As of now, more than 100 levels have been announced and players will also have access to a level editor. The game is known for its high speed action and barrage of missiles that fill the screen, much like a bullet hell shooter. No word yet on an exact release date, but a video of the Dreamcast version has been included for interested readers.

American gamers will be able to get their hands on Golden Sun: Dark Dawn November 29. This will be the first Golden Sun game since Golden Sun: The Lost Age, which was released back in 2003. It's good to see this classic Game Boy Advance (GBA) series return for the Nintendo DS.

New features, such as IC Cards, mobile web integration, and new battle systems have been announced for Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme VS. IC Cards have been a part of arcade games in Japan for a while, but it’s the first time it will be integrated with the Gundam VS series. It will track player progress and records. However, there is no word yet on whether this will mean customizable mobile suits, like customizable characters in Tekken 6 or Super Street Fighter IV. Mobile web integration will allow players to create an online profile and connect their IC cards to it. Extreme VS will retain the NEXT Dash in Gundam VS NEXT and add in new “Extreme Action” and “Awakening” abilities. Not much about what these will do exactly. More info inside.

An update to the arcade version of BlazBlue: Continuum Shift will make an appearance at the Amusement Machine Show. Valkenhayn, the second downloadable character to be announced, will also be playable at the event. The game will be dubbed BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II, the first time an updated Arc System Works game will contain a number. Most likely, the updated version will include console downloadable characters, rather than balance changes and new features like those in Continuum Shift. More after the jump.
