According to the media site IGN, Idea Factory International has confirmed that they will be bringing Compile Heart's card battle title Monster Monpiece to North America and Europe in Spring 2014.
Utilizing a card game system, players meet Monster Girls on their journey who are embodied on cards which you can use in battle. There are four types of classes: melee, ranged, healers and buffers. Players will also be able to obtain more cards through the game's in-game academy and battle against others on the PlayStation Network.
To help localize the game in English, certain cards were removed for their sexual nature, which brings about the question on whether or not Idea Factory had to rebalance the game's cards in any way. The game's more risqué rubbing mechanic, where players rub and pinch the girls on their Vita screens to "power" them up, remains in place. According to the game's first trailer it has received a rated M for Mature rating from the ESRB. One has to wonder what the game would've gotten if they didn't make any edits...
