The changes in the patch are as follows:

Page details status is retained (ON/OFF) while browsing the Image Gallery and doesn’t revert when you exit back to the Image Gallery menu.
Page position is retained while browsing the Image Gallery and doesn’t revert when you exit back to the Image Gallery menu.

When players go back to the game’s Main Menu from the Image Gallery menu, the settings are reverted back to the start.
