Detective Pikachu is an adaption from the 2016 game Detective Pikachu ~Birth of a New Combination where humans and Pokemon have adapted to live together in Lime City. The main character, Tim meets with Detective Pikachu, and they team up to rescue Tim’s father. The Japanese dubbed version will be voiced  by Ryouma Takeuchi as Tim, and the rookie reporter, Lucy will be voiced by Marie Itouya.

“ELECTRICITY” is Pharrell Williams’ second collaboration with HONEST BOYZ, following “TOKYO DIP” which released in the latter part of 2018.  The song has planned distribution by an overseas label giving the opportunity for HONEST BOYZ to have their first world-wide debut.

Detective Pikachu was released in American theaters on May 10th.
