Angel Beats! has seen it's fair share of Nendoroid Petit figures showing up in various magazines. The August 2010 issue of Dengeki G's magazine comes with a Nendoroid Petit Tenshi figure. The G's Festival Deluxe Vol. 06 magazine (Angel Beats! Edition) came with a Yuri Nendoroid Petit figure. But now, finally and officially, Good Smile Company has opened reservations for their first Nendoroid Petit Angel Beats! Set. This is the first set of possibly three total. This set features Yuri, Shiina and Yusa. An odd choice for combination, but none-the-less, still very cute.
Mika-tan from GSC has taken the liberty to post up preview pictures of the up-and-coming Saber Full Action Nendoroid. Many of you might remember the Saber Lily -Distant Avalon- figure GSC produced back in September of 2009. This Nendoroid will be based off of that figure, full and complete with Nendo-sized shield and sword. Posable just like the original Saber, this Nendoroid is guaranteed to be a hit amongst Fate/Stay Night or Saber fans. This figure is not yet released and not yet available for pre-order. Pre-order date is scheduled to be June 22nd, 2010, so check your local retailers then!
Pictures after the break!
Nearing the release date of the anime, Good Smile Company has finally put out the highly anticipated animation version of Black Rock Shooter. This PVC figure features a more dynamic pose. Good Smile Company has captured Black Rock Shooter in mid-motion. Her large Rock Cannon is still with her as she holds it with both hands.
Similar to the previous Black Rock Shooter figures, the base is styled in the same fashion. With checkered black and white tiles and broken rocks, the base serves to further enhance the atmosphere of the figure. The chains looping around the figure seem to be well detailed and can stand on their own. Like the previous figure, the Rock Cannon is well proportioned and is still given that grainy-worn look.
As seen in the Rebuild of Evangelion movies, You Can (Not) Advance, this figure is modeled after Asuka in the special test plug suit as she prepares to pilot the experimental Eva Unit 03. Alter has spent a great time to polish the details on this figure.
The cables that run through the test plug suit physically pop out and hold a unique texture. The use of rubble and distorted steel beams for the structure create a perfect atmosphere for the scene.
Once again, Good Smile Company has proven to us that they have not lost their touch. This figure is based on an illustration by the popular artist, Noizi Ito, and has been sculpted to keep all the characteristics of the original illustration as carefully as possible. The character is Yui Inaba in the visual novel Flyable Hearts.
Everything from the pose, to the donut, to the cute expression on Yui's face has been captured without fail. The color accuracy of this figure is probably the one factor that will stand out the most.
With roughly a week left, Crypton Future Media, Inc. will be releasing a new version of the popular Vocaloid voice synthesizer program, Hatsune Miku. Titled Miku Append, the program will now feature new voice pitches including Soft, Dark, Solid, Vivid, Sweet, and Light. To top it off, figure sculptor Masaki has posted photos of a figure based on the new Hatsune Miku design. No further information is available, but our bet is that Max Factory will be releasing the figure at a later date. More photos inside.

Akibahobby has uploaded a single photo taken at the Tokyo International Anime Fair, of a 1/7 scale PVC prototype Rin Tosaka from Fate/stay night. The figure is impressively sculpted with careful attention to the contours of the body, though the shirt is rather unrealistically tight around her chest. No detailed sign was included in the photo but the figure was placed with other Goodsmile figures, thus leading us to assume it's most likely being manufactured by Goodsmile or possibly Max Factory.
As an added note, an additional photo shows that Goodsmile will be releasing yet another PVC figure of Saber from the same series, though after carefully examining her foot and chest armor it clearly shows that it's a 1/7 scale Dark Saber. Also note the absence of her signature ahoge on her head. We'll update accordingly with more information and photos as they appear online inside.
Update: Added more photos.

As part of their second announcement, Alter will be releasing a figure of Momohime from the critically acclaimed Wii game, Muramasa: The Demon Blade. Standing on top of a beautiful base of rock and water, she can be posed with her sword sheathed or unsheathed. The figure was shown earlier this year at the Winter Wonder Festival and will be released in July 2010 for approximately 8,190 yen.
Figure company Alter has officially released new information on several new figures that were originally seen earlier this year at the Winter Wonder Festival. Continuing their Magical Lyrical Girl Nanoha figure line, Alter is releasing a beautifully painted and sculpted figure of Vivio Takamachi's adult form. From the airbrushed thighs, the shiny boots and waist armor, to the carefully sculpted twists and curls of her hair, this is turning into one fantastic figure. It's unfortunate though to see that after several years, Alter still continues to release their figures with their plain bases. She will be released in July 2010 for roughly 8,190 yen.
