Blik-0 1946 tells the story about a robot named "Blik-O" that was created by a scientist named Dr. Mabuse, who was designed with functions that would let him emulate human emotions and capacity. The fifty-three page short story chronicles his struggles with the same feelings of sadness, heartache, anger and love that humans do. "I wanted readers to recognize the happiness you can find in everyday life, which you often ignore because they are too close to you, and the importance of kindness and respect to others," said author Nobuo Uematsu.
The digital release will include three original musical compositions from Uematsu, two of which will include lyrics written by the composer along with illustrations from Hiroki Ogawa.
