Noizi Ito Interview (The Guided Fate Paradox)

Noizi Ito is a popular illustrator and character designer. Probably best known for designing the characters in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Shakugan no Shana, we were lucky in 2010 to interview her during her first official visit to the United States. We caught up with her at this year's Anime Expo to talk a little about her first internationally released game, The Guided Fate Paradox.

[GSC] Yui Inaba PVC Figure

yui_inaba_thumbOnce again, Good Smile Company has proven to us that they have not lost their touch.  This figure is based on an illustration by the popular artist, Noizi Ito, and has been sculpted to keep all the characteristics of the original illustration as carefully as possible.  The character is Yui Inaba in the visual novel Flyable Hearts.

Everything from the pose, to the donut, to the cute expression on Yui's face has been captured without fail.  The color accuracy of this figure is probably the one factor that will stand out the most.

Noizi Ito (いとうのいぢ) Interview

One of Japan's most popular novel and gaming artist, Noizi Ito made her first official American appearance on April 2, 2010 at Sakura-Con in Seattle, Washington. Ito-sensei is probably best know for her work as the original character designer for Shakugan no Shana and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya light novels. Both series grew immensely popular spawning anime and manga adaptations. We were able to sit down with Ito-sensei to discuss a little about herself as well as her past and future work.
